I have a friend building a spec. house, the current lender is offering 65% LTV, is this normal?
She really needs to get alot closer to 100%
Her intentions are to sell the house, not live in it....

Does anyone know where she can get a higher LTV loan to help her build this home....?

Interest rates are of no concern cause she doesn't plan on keeping it any longer than necessary to sell.

Thanks, BTW, the house is in Wis.
